Stuart Loudon is a young Scottish rally co-driver competing at the highest level of the sport.
Stuart has just completed his most succesful year yet, contesting the WRC Academy with fellow Scot John MacCrone aboard a Ford Fiesta R2. The pair secured numerous stage wins, with several vists to the podium resulting in Stuart claiming 4th in the co-driver standings. Finishing an incredible 2nd overall on the famous Mull Rally was a performance that provided great satisfaction and drew significant praise.
Alongside his WRC commitments, Stuart also teamed up with Irishman Robert Barrable to tackle selected rounds of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge in a Skoda Fabia S2000, achieving an impressive 5th overall in the Barum Czech Rally Zlín.
In recognition of his skills, in 2011 & '12 Stuart was one of just three co-drivers selected for MSA Team UK, the national scheme set up to develop promising young talent. From this opportunity Stuart has benefited from the advice and mentoring of former World Rally Champion co-driver Nicky Grist.
